Del cafetal a tu taza: El viaje del café de especialidad El Dorado

From the coffee plantation to your cup: The journey of El Dorado specialty coffee

Have you ever wondered what goes into a good cup of coffee? At El Dorado , every bean tells a story: that of the land that grew it, the hands that cultivated it, and the artisanal care that transforms it into a unique experience. Today we want to tell you about that journey.

Origin with a purpose: Huatusco, Veracruz
Our coffee grows in the Huatusco Mountains, 1,272 meters above sea level. A privileged location for its climate, fertile soil, and coffee-growing tradition. We work directly with local producers at the Karundas farm, who share our vision: to cultivate with respect and conscience.

Harvest and process: the heart of flavor
Each bean is hand-picked at its precise point of ripeness. We use processes such as traditional washing and the honey method, which preserve the bean's natural oils and highlight its unique notes: honey, walnut, brown sugar, caramel, and chocolate.

Artisanal roasting: where the magic happens
Medium, deep, French, or honey roasts: each reveals a distinct profile. Our roasting process is controlled and carried out in small batches to maintain the coffee's freshness and character.

Beyond Coffee: A Community with Flavor
In addition to offering beans, at El Dorado we strive to build a community. We offer workshops, promote brewing methods like Chemex and V60, and share tips to make each cup a ritual.

Why choose specialty coffee?
Because it's more than a drink: it's a way to honor fair work, care for the planet, and enjoy an honest, unhurried, soulful flavor.

At El Dorado , we believe that good coffee isn't just about drinking it, it's about living it. Thank you for being part of this story. If you haven't tried our beans yet, now is the perfect time to discover them.
