During the workshop, you'll immerse yourself in the world of hot beverages prepared with an espresso machine. You'll learn to master the machine's use, from turning it on to properly extracting the coffee, understanding how variables such as pressure, time, and temperature influence each cup.

We'll share with you not only the technical foundations but also the experience passed down by generations of coffee enthusiasts, combining tradition and modern techniques. It will be a completely hands-on experience: you'll load the portafilter, adjust the grind, tamp, and extract the coffee. You'll also experiment with milk steaming to create everything from the perfect espresso to drinks like cappuccino and latte. You don't come here to watch, you come here to make.
